CUSTOMER NOTICE : Wavysail and Tincture London

ANNOUNCEMENT

We have been a supporter of Tincture London for a number of years, using their sustainable cleaning products on our trips and encouraging our crews to try them.

While the products themselves are not in question, for us it is also important that we feel any business we support shares our values and operates with the same standards of integrity and respect to their staff, contractors and customers as we would hold ourselves too.

With this in mind, and after sustained efforts to engage with the Directors of Tincture London on areas of concern, we have now made the difficult decision to part ways with Tincture London with immediate effect as we feel their values and business practices are no longer aligned with our own.

We will not enter into a discussion or give further details behind our decision.  We should make clear that Tincture London has not behaved illegally in any way, and our decision is based only our own evaluation of the kind of brands we feel are aligned to our own values. This is, of course a personal and subjective decision.

Wavysail will no longer use, endorse or work with Tincture London and do not wish to be associated with their brands or business in any way. 

We are currently seeking an alternative, marine safe supplier to use on our worldwide trips so we may continue to operate our trips with respect for the marine environment.
